We do not offer refunds and returns unless the item received is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Exchange can only happen within 24 hours of delivery after proper inspection.

Our abayas are ready made and orders are shipped the next business day after order confirmation. For orders within Nairobi, delivery fee is paid directly to the rider upon delivery. For orders outside Nairobi, delivery fee will be communicated after order confirmation and must be paid in advance before dispatch.
